Responsibilities : Act as first point of contact with the customer to provide support to technical issue Provide maintenance of system performance, troubleshooting system hardware, software networks and all computer-based systems Implement database configuration and maintain of SQL dataleabase for customers Working knowledge with Microsoft Solutions as Windows XP or Server 2003, Windows 7  or Server 2008 or later versions Ensure assigned task are handle properly and timely Maintain inventory and logistic documentation Flair for inventory planning and distribution Communicate and liaise closely with program developer Liaise with vendor for onsite repair work Requirements : Min. Diploma Degree in IT or computer science Min. 2 years of working experience in related field Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems Hands on experience with MSSQL or other database related software preferred Familiar with setup, migration, support, and administration on MS Exchange & MS Active Directory and Windows Familiar with Windows networking Computer hardware knowledge is a must Quick learner, self Motivated, and independent individual Ability to prioritize work tasks, work independently dealing with multiple assignments with little supervision Prior experience in handling logistic issues will be advantageous Attractive remmuneration package will commensurate with experience Please send your application by Quick Apply button below
