OPERATION SUPPORT / TECHNICAL SUPPORT – UNIX / LINUX Environment

Mandatory skill set

• Degree in Computer Science
• 1++ Experience in operation support / technical support on unix environment
• Good communication skill with end users
• Familiar and able to work on unix/linux environment
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ready for work in a shift
• Good knowledge of network and data communication is advantage value.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handle level 1 or level 2 operation support
• Communicate with user on problem solving
• Communicate with product principle in escalation handling

STORAGE ENGINEER

Mandatory skill set

• Degree in Computer Sciences/ Electrical Engineering
• Qualified candidates must have 2-5 years experience with large SAN Enterprise infrastructure environments involving EMC, Brocade and Cisco hardware servicing primarily UNIX, (Linux AIX/Solaris) hosts.
• Excellent technical skills with managing large-scale and complex SAN/NAS storage arrays in a enterprise environment.
• Superior technical skills with background in designing and managing large-scale enterprise complex storage environments.
• Must be capable of writing technical documentation, making presentations to an internal audience, interacting positively with upper management and outside vendors.
• Knowledge of Windows a plus. Excellent Working knowledge of NAS
• Must be able to write scripts in administrative languages (Perl, or shell scripts).
• Strong inter-personal skills. Capable of communicating effectively in oral/written format to developers, team members and other technology teams internal and outside this firm.
• Capable of independent problem solving, self-motivated and self-directed. Bachelors Degree in any field is a must Strong communication skill. 

Preferential skill set

• Experience working with EMC SRDF, EMC PowerPath, a solid understanding of Unix systems. Unix Administration  is desired.
