A foreign company engaged in cattle feedlotting and beef processing seeks to appoint an experienced and hands-on IT and General Administration staff to assist three locations of the company i.e. Jakarta office, feedlot in Lampung and abattoir in Bogor.

Essential :
  • Minimum S 1 degree majoring in IT
  • 3 years experience as IT supervisor in a multinational company
  • Experience with Hardware installations, remote wireless connections, as well as having considerable experience with software; Advanced Access, Excel, SAP and others.
  • Be able to communicate in English orally and written (interview will be conducted in English). CV/résumé must be written in English

Additional and important information :
  • Mature personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self driven person, but a team player with strong problem solving skills
  • Male, age not more than 30 years old
  • Based in South Jakarta, this person must be out-going, confident and reliable
  • You must be able to work alone effectively and stay in the kampung from time to time


Job Description:
  • Provide support for network problems, firewall problems, security problems, and access issues. Also for installation of new software, training and maintenance.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support in maintaining the current information system, including responsibility for ensuring processes and outputs are complete and error-free.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the business processes supported by the system.
  • Consult with feedlot and abattoir manager to evaluate, design, test and install requested enhancements to the system.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures on the information system from the newly installed software.
  • Provide support for the legacy systems i.e. MYOB for general accounting and Feedyard 3000/StockAid for feedlot operation, cattle cost and feed cost calculation.
  • Assist with building database systems, analysis models, spreadsheets etc.
  • Back up for purchasing and HR administration including payroll, Jamsostek, annual leave etc.
  • Customs administration for import documents.
  • Must be able to design, build and maintain a web site.
