Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for providing technical support (indoor / outdoor) to existing enterprise customers including the following: Work closely with support call center and support team to track and ensure timely closure of support tickets. Ensure proper tracking of all assets including receiving incoming, preparing, co-ordinating, delivering of outgoing assets. Maintaining and upkeeping service report records and product RMA adminstrative. Working on-site to provide FRU part replacement and troubleshooting support for product and solution. Remote managed services for data center operation and solution support. Updating of customer and internal documentation To stay abreast with new technologies and product updates Qualifications & Requirements Min. Diploma Degree in Engineering / IT related fields Min. 2 years experience Good knowledge of Windows Servers / UNIX administration with basic networking knowledge. Good IT hardware setup knowledge like servers, tape libraries, etc Fundamental knowledge of storage protocols like RAID, iSCSI, Fiber Channel, NFS, CIFS will be advantages.
