Responsibilities

• Mengkoordinir, kontrol dan evaluasi proses & hasil tenaga kerja Talent Pool & Leadership ManagerMenyusun & memeriksa modul training talent & Leadership
• Conduct Training
• Mengamati & Evaluasi pelaksanaan inhouse training vendor
• Melakukan CCM

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor`s Degree or Master`s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in any field.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
