TRAINER

Responsibilities:
    •    Melakukan Training Needs Analysis
    •    Membuat Modul Training
    •    Pelaksanaan program Training
    •    Melakukan evaluasi Training
    •    Membuat laporan
    •    Tugas pendukung lainnya dalam menjalankan kegiatan Training & Development

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
• Have an experience in manufacture as a trainer / HRD
• Have a good communication skill
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
